General Information<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Frau Steiner Studio is a creative studio based in Belgium, specializing in risograph printing services, handmade stationery, graphic design, and artistic works by <strong>Meriem Steiner<\/strong>. Our services are available to individuals, businesses, and organizations seeking creative, high-quality, and unique designs and products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Services Offered<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Frau Steiner Studio offers the following services and products:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Risograph Printing Service<\/strong>: High-quality, eco-friendly printing using the risograph technique for custom designs, artwork, and printed materials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stationery Shop<\/strong>: Unique, handcrafted stationery products, including custom-designed paper, cards, and prints, created through risograph printing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Graphic Design Services<\/strong>: Professional graphic design services, including branding, logos, marketing materials, and custom designs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Meriem Steiner&#8217;s Art<\/strong>: Original works of art by Meriem Steiner, including limited edition prints, wallpapers, and other artistic creations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Orders and Pricing<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Risograph Printing Service<\/strong>: Prices for printing services are determined based on the complexity of the project, the number of copies, and the type of paper used. A detailed quote will be provided before production begins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stationery Shop<\/strong>: The prices for stationery products are listed on the online store. Prices may vary depending on the product\u2019s design, size, and materials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Graphic Design Services<\/strong>: Pricing for graphic design services will be based on the scope and nature of the project. A formal contract with a fixed price or an hourly rate will be agreed upon before work begins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Meriem Steiner&#8217;s Art<\/strong>: Prices for artworks by Meriem Steiner will be clearly stated upon request. Artworks are sold as limited editions or originals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>All prices are inclusive of VAT for customers within Belgium. For international customers, VAT may be applicable depending on local regulations.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Payment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Payment for all services and products must be made before the completion or delivery of the work unless otherwise agreed upon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We accept payments via bank transfer, credit\/debit card, or online payment systems (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payments for custom orders or design services may require a deposit (usually 30-50%) before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion or delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Delivery &amp; Shipping<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Risograph Printing &amp; Stationery<\/strong>: Orders will be processed and shipped within 7 working days. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>International Shipping<\/strong>: For orders outside Belgium, additional shipping charges may apply, and delivery times may vary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Custom Orders &amp; Graphic Design<\/strong>: Custom design services may require additional time for completion. Delivery time will be agreed upon before work begins.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by third-party couriers or shipping services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Stationery &amp; Art Products<\/strong>: Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item for a return or exchange.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Custom Orders &amp; Services<\/strong>: Custom designs, risograph prints, and graphic design services are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is canceled before production begins, a partial refund may apply based on work completed up to that point.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Refunds<\/strong>: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment and will be issued within [insert time frame].<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Risograph Prints, Stationery, and Designs<\/strong>: All designs, artwork, and content created by Frau Steiner Studio or Meriem Steiner remain the intellectual property of the creator, unless otherwise agreed. Any use of these materials without prior written consent is prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Custom Designs<\/strong>: For custom graphic design services, intellectual property rights will be transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise stated in a separate contract.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Artworks by Meriem Steiner<\/strong>: All artworks by Meriem Steiner are copyrighted and may not be reproduced, copied, or used for commercial purposes without prior permission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Frau Steiner Studio is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to, any damage caused by errors in printing, design, or shipping.
